Since 1988, Valena Yachts has played a pivotal role in the evolution of the traditional Bodrum schooner, transforming it into a symbol of timeless elegance and modern craftsmanship. Over the decades, we have built a legacy of precision and excellence, completing more than 20 custom yacht projects—from classic wooden schooners to high-performance sailing yachts.
In 1994, we opened our first dedicated facility in Bodrum, Turkey. As licensed yacht designers with a fully integrated in-house team, we earned a global reputation as a leading builder of wood-laminate cold-molded vessels—where traditional boatbuilding meets advanced engineering.
Today, in 2025, our focus has evolved. While our roots remain in bespoke construction, Valena Yachts has expanded into a comprehensive refit, restoration, and maintenance hub for superyachts. Our new state-of-the-art indoor hangar in Ören, Milas-Muğla, is purpose-built to meet the growing demand for high-end refit and repair projects, positioning us as a key service center in the Eastern Mediterranean’s superyacht network.
This shift is grounded in a unique advantage: we don’t just service yachts—we’ve built them from scratch. Having overseen every stage of yacht construction, we bring an unmatched depth of knowledge to each refit. Our team approaches every project with the mindset of a builder, not just a technician, ensuring structural integrity, system efficiency, and long-term performance are prioritized at every step.
Alongside our historic wooden boat workshop in Bodrum, our Ören facility offers full-service capabilities—including mechanical systems, electrical engineering, paint & finishing, interior carpentry, and complete yacht outfitting. From structural upgrades to full interior refits, we combine decades of artisan craftsmanship with modern technology to deliver reliable, high-quality results.
The recent launch of the 44-meter epoxy-laminate schooner Ubi Bene and the 24-meter sloop stand as a testament to our heritage. But our daily work today defines our future: preserving, enhancing, and extending the life of the world’s finest yachts—with the precision only a builder can provide.
